Student Finance

Students who wish to study on the Diploma in Education and Training course (DET) may be entitled to student loans from Student Loans Company (SLC). 

The fees of which is £6000

Student Transfer

London School of Academics accept students from other educational establishments providing they meet the entry requirements set by the awarding body (City and Guilds) and London School of Academics.  Students are free to transfer to other educational establishments if needed, however London School of Academics will do their utmost to support all student's learning needs so hopefully the latter will not be necessary. 

 

Student Finance Application Process

New full-time students can apply online by following these steps:

1.       Setting up a student finance account

2.       Logging into your account and completing the online application form

3.       Sending in evidence, such as proof of your identity or household income or any other relevant document, if you're asked for it

4.       Signing and returning the loan declaration you receive in the post

Repaying Your Student Loan

All students in receipt of Tuition fee loans and maintenance loans will need to be repaid after their studies. Students on special grants and bursaries do not have to repay.
